Treatments & Symptoms

Scientifically proven treatment without side-effects

As time changes our body, we are often left dealing with pain that we either avoid or feel unwilling to discuss. With our guidance and introduction to treatment using the Juliet Laser this is no longer necessary. The ability for the Juliet Laser to reduce the above conditions and improve wellbeing and self-esteem without side effects has led us to make the bold decision to recommend Juliet as the most common course of treatment.

And the reason for this is not only down to the science but backed by the results of clinical experience. A typical course of treatment would involve:

  • 2 sessions using the laser with an interval of 1 month

In this minimal scenario we would hope to see considerable improvement to symptoms.

We provide a link to a list of scientific papers referencing the successful application of the Juliet Laser which can be searched for online.

How it works

The minimally invasive laser treatment does not require anesthesia and avoids the need for hormone treatment. Typically a series of sessions are scheduled with a review after each treatment to check on progress. As few as two sessions may be required with an interval of approximately one month before positive results will be witnessed.

The laser uses light energy of the Erbium:YAG wavelength to gently stimulate collagen and elastin production in addition to vascularisation of the vaginal mucosa. In this sense it is similar to procedures currently used for facial rejuvenation. The device reaches the sub-mucosal layers selectively resulting in no damage to surrounding tissue.

The procedure is very similar to an annual check-up whereby we carefully insert the laser tip to perform the treatment that should only take a few minutes.
